Public Complaints Handling Procedure

Kenyatta University has an established Public Complaints Handling Procedure whose objective is to enhance Customer Satisfaction and by extension improve service delivery. 

The University is therefore requesting all staff members and students to familiarize themselves with the Customer Complaints Handling Procedure (whose link is provided below) in order to effectively address customer complaints.
