The Institute of Open, Distance and e-Learning (ODeL) is managed by a Director who is in charge of the overall operations. There are two Deputy Directors: One in charge of content delivery and the other in charge of examinations. ODeL has nine (9) regional centers located at: Nairobi, Nakuru, Kisumu, Kakamega, Nyeri, Embu, Garissa, Mombasa and Marsabit. The regional centers are managed by Coordinators. The ODeL Central administration works closely with the Regional Centres for effective service delivery to the students.
