Penergetic Company during a visit to the school
The Dean Prof Bernard Njehia, Dr. Nicholas Korir and MSc student Kibet with a team from Penergetic Company during a visit to the school. Penergetic is a manufacturer of plant and animal growth boosters and their products are marketed worldwide. SAED is drafting an MoU with Penergetic to help the company penetrate and increase its presence in Kenya's agricultural sector. The company has committed herself to walk with SAED in the development of dryland agriculture at our Kitui Campus. The company will also support MSc students to conduct research in dryland agriculture

Welcome to the School of Agriculture and Enterprise Development (SAED), a fast growing School in Kenyatta University established in 2007 to offer unique training in agriculture with an aim to produce leaders who can meet the rapidly changing market demands in Agricultural related sectors, which are critical to building and maintaining a strong economy and food security. To achieve this, the school has continually embarked on research and training to build the capacities of our students in: Agricultural Sciences, Agricultural Resource Management, Agribusiness Management and Animal Health and Production.
