Dr. Fredrick W S Ndede.is a senior lecturer in the Department of Accounting and Finance in the School of Business at Kenyatta University. Dr. Ndede holds a PhD in Finance from Kenyatta University, Master of Commerce from Poona University, Bachelor of Commerce from Rani Durgavati University and a Certificate in Public Relations from the University of Nairobi.

Dr. Ndede has a long experience in university teaching and supervision at postgraduate, graduate, undergraduate and diploma. He has so far supervised to conclusion 16 master of Science (Finance) theses and 34 Master of Business Administration projects. Currently Dr. Ndede supervises several students for PhD and MSc thesis and MBA projects. Dr. Ndede is also engaged with several outreach activities within and outside the University, in addition to teaching, research, consultancy and publishing in journals.

 Dr. Ndede has a long experience in university administration. Dr.is the director of Kenyatta University Embu Campus. He was Chairman of Postgraduate Board in the Department of Accounting and Finance and a member of Postgraduate Board in the School of Business up to August 2020. Dr. Ndede was Chairman of the Department of Accounting and Finance from 2010-2014, Department of Business Studies in the Faculty of Education from 1995-1998 after serving as acting chairman for the same Department several times (1993-1995). Had been examination Coordinator and Faculty Advisor to students in the Department of Business Studies (1992- 1995). Dr. Ndede serves an examiner for PhD, and MSc (Finance) thesis and MBA projects for Kenyatta University. He had served in the position of external examiner for University of Nairobi and St. Paul’s University.

Dr. Ndede is a peer reviewer for National Commission for Science and Technology and Innovations (NACOSTI) and a reviewer of journal articles.  He is a full member of the Kenya Institute of Management (KIM) and a member of the Non-Fiction Authors Association. He has attended several conferences and workshops and also participated in the organization of conferences and workshops.
