Undergraduate and Postgraduate Courses

The courses offered by the Department of Public Law include various undergraduate courses. New courses in areas that are gaining importance are also being developed, including International Criminal Law; Law of the East African Community; Wildlife Law; Maritime Law, the Role of Research in the Functioning of Modern Legislatures, and shall be introduced in the near future. Existing courses offered are under constant review and changes to incorporate the changing laws and legal environment.

Postgraduate level Courses: These courses are at an advanced stage of preparation for offering to students at post-graduate level within the Department when the School mounts its postgraduate program, and in an anticipated, distance-education, Master of Comparative Laws (MCL) program
