The school of Visual and Performing Arts has forged collaborations and linkages with various institutions and organizations at both local and internatonal levels . Somes of the linkages are:

Department of Fine Arts

Internal Links

We are part of the School of Humanities and Social Studies and also offer units to students from the Department of Textile, Family and Consumer Studies. You will also take units that are common to all students in the University and the School respectively. We are also revising the curricula to allow you to take more units from other schools for example the School of Business.

External Links
We have established links with other institutions in and outside the country to strengthen our capacity. For example we have a student and staff exchange programme with the University College for the Creative Arts (UCCA) in United Kingdom. We are also working on a link with the Nairobi Institute of Technology and The University of Witwatersrand, South Africa.

Department of Music And Dance

Internal Links
The Department of Music and Dance falls under the School or Humanities and Social Sciences. The courses we offer in Music service students in other departments. For instance, our programmes link with departments of Physical Education, Sociology, Mathematics, History and Anthropology, Education, Computers, Fine Arts and other areas.
