Bachelor of Science (Environmental Health)

Mean grade of C+ (plus) at KCSE or equivalent with at least C+ (plus) in the following subjects: Mathematics/Physics, Chemis-

try/Physical Sciences,Biology /BiologicalSciences, English / Kiswahili OR A Diploma with at least a credit from a recognized

institution in thefollowing areas: Environmental Health, Environmental Studies,Water and Civil engineering,Pharmacy,Nursing, Clinicalmedicine,            Biomedical

Laboratory technology,   Biomedical sciences, Public Health ,Community Health and Nursing, Nutrition or any other health related courses. In addition the candidate should have obtained a C (plain) at KCSE.

Those who had a C- (minus) at KCSE progressed from certificate to any of the above Diploma at Kenyatta University or any other recognized/accredited Institutions.

with Diploma of at least credit pass in

Health Records and Information Technology from a recognized institution. Those with Diploma must have at least 2 years relevant post qualification experience. OR Mean grade of C- at KCSE and progressed

from certificate to Diploma at Kenyatta University or any other recognized/accredited Institutions.

Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy and Dentistry or Second Class Honours (Upper Division) in Nutrition, Environmental Health,

Community Health, Health Education, Health Administration and Planning. Those with Second Class Honours (LowerDivision) in Nutrition, Environmental Health, Community Health, Health Education, Health Administration and Planning may be considered on condition that they have Grade “C” and above in units relevant to their areas of specialization. Or a Post

Graduate Diploma in Public Health may be considered.
