To note:

1. The Directorate has adequate bed spaces in all hostels at this time when we are in low season which can be utilized to generate income by accommodating graduating students requiring accommodation for next week.
2. We have received requests from graduands on the possibility of accommodating them.
3. This would technically be for a maximum of two days (that is, the eve of graduation and on the day of graduation).

To further note:

1. If the request is approved, Security vigilance would need to be enhanced in the areas they would be accommodated.
2. Accommodation rates will be Ksh. 500 per night per person with bed linen and Ksh. 350 with own linen.

This is to request;

1. Your approval to host interested graduating students as they prepare for the 55^th graduation ceremony.
2.  (if approval is granted) , to request that the same to be communicated to interested students on the University website.
