GUIDELINES FOR PROVISION OF SERVICES TO STUDENTS

In order to provide efficient services to our students, it is expected that the students seek assistance at the right office points in the University. However it has been noted that many students are visiting the offices of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) and the Registrar (Academic) for services that are availed at other offices in the University. In most cases this leads to delays in resolving issues of the affected students.

As the University continues to contribute to the quality of learning experience and academic success to all students, below please find guidelines to some key services offered in the University:

NOTE:

All students are advised that they can only seek service at the offices of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) and the Registrar (Academic) if the concerned office listed above is not able to resolve the issue. In such cases, they will be required to provide a referral letter from the office that served them.
