We are delighted that Kenyatta University has partnered with King Sejong Institute and introduced Korean studies as one of our foreign short courses to be offered in the University. More details on the course are found in our KU website.
The interested students are encouraged to use the following payment options to enroll for the course.
- For KU students, the Korean fees will be deducted from the school fee overpayment on the student ledgers.
- For Non-KU students, the application fees together with course charges can either be paid through;
1). The E-Citizen link as provided on the KU Website and follow the prompts.
2). Bank deposit and the original payment slip be presented to the school for record purposes. The bank slip should clearly indicate your name and National ID on the bank slip.

It has been noted that some students who have attempted to pay fees via E-citizen do not follow the right procedure when paying the fees and they use the Paybill 222222 instead of the link already provided by the University in their student portal under “My Finances”.
This is therefore a reminder that for the fee payment to Kenyatta University to reflect automatically in your portal and to avoid many issues of fees not reflecting, kindly follow the link provided under “My Finances”.
Please do not make payments directly using mobile banking to E-citizen via the Paybill 222222.

Note:
- Students who will not have paid fees by the set deadlines will be charged a fine of 500/= per every working day up to three (3) days after the expiry of the respective deadline.
- Registration for a semester comprises payment of fees and online registration of units.
- It is the responsibility of every student to ensure that the units are properly registered. All students are therefore expected to confirm their units’ registration status from their Students’ Portal.
- Students who will not have completed payment of fees and registration of units by the set deadlines will be required to take a semester off.
