Higher Education in Sub-Sahara Africa continues to undergo profound changes and transformation as a result of the many opportunities and challenges presented by the changing economy, technological developments, globalization, societal dynamism, national development priorities as well as international commitments and development goals. The Sustainable Development Goals, Science, Technology and Innovation Strategy for Africa 2024, the Kenya Vision
2030 and Kenya Government’s Big Four Agenda has provided universities, industry, research organizations and development partners with an opportunity to re-examine their contributions to Africa’s growth and prosperity through creative research, innovation, entrepreneurship, strategic partnership, policy making, and community service among others.
In line with this, Kenyatta University Biennial Research and Innovation Conference will to take place from 22nd – 25th October 2019 at the University Main Campus.
