Dr. Rosemary is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management Science, Kenyatta University. She is a holder of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Business (Management Science option) with more than 15 years’ work experience. She is engaged in teaching, research and supervision at the Doctoral and Masters levels at Kenyatta University. A dynamic and results oriented individual, Dr. Rosemary is qualified and experienced in Data Management, Research and Training. She was the Team Leader in a recruitment and selection consultancy service assignment for Kenya Agricultural Livestock and Research Organization (KALRO). She is also the Principal Investigator (PI) in a 3-year Research Project funded by the University under the Vice Chancellor’s Research Grant. She is also a trainer of trainers in entrepreneurship in the programme dubbed Students Training for Entrepreneurial Promotion (STEP). Dr. Rosemary has held several administrative positions in the university. She is currently the Deputy Executive Dean, School of Business, Economics & Tourism. Previously, she served as the Associate Dean, School of Business and as Chairperson, Department of Management Science. Her career objective is to engage in projects that contribute to sustainable development of the society.
