The discourse of post-2015 development agenda on education is characterized by a sharpened focus on the question of how best to address issues of access, quality, outcomes and equity. Over the last 15 years, it has been unequivocally clear that any successes within and through education must concertize quality in ways that practically transform the continued marginalization of groups of children, youth and adults (female and male)
who are either locked out of the formal education systems altogether or get excluded within the educational systems themselves in situations where they experience little or no learning.
