• 2nd  May to 8th May 2010: Participated in Training course CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT FOR CLIMATE CHANGE IN AFRICAN UNIVERSITIES, Sponsored by the SOLOS Foundation and carried out by International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED) in conjunction with the International Centre for Climate Change and Development (ICCCAD), held at Methodist Guest House,  Nairobi, Kenya.
• 27th to 28th May 2010: Participated in a Workshop on Sexual Harassment Policy Development for Catholic University of Eastern Africa at Kolping, Karen – Nairobi.
• 7th September to 9th September 2010: Attended the ‘Implementers Training for ISO 9001: 2008 Standard for Middle Level Management’, conducted at the Kolping Organization of Kenya, Nairobi, for the Catholic University of Eastern Africa,.
• 5th to 9th October 2009: Participated the MenEngage conference entitled: “Working with Boys and Men to Reduce Gender Violence and The Spread of HIV; Men Engage African Symposium 2009”, held in Turbine Hall, Johannesburg, South Africa, 5-9 October 2009.

• Participated in a conference of The Association of Catholic Universities of Africa and Madagascar (ACUIAM) entitled: “Catholic Universities in Africa for Peace and Reconciliation: Searching for the Root Causes and Solutions to Violent Conflicts”, Held at The Catholic University Of Eastern Africa, Nairobi, Kenya.
• 26th February 2009: Participated in the Strategic Planning Workshop for MenEngage, Kenya Network (MenKen), a network of organizations dealing with boys and men to promote gender equality in Kenya (part of the global MenEngage, a network with the same objective, but operating at the global scale), held at The Silversprings Hotel, Nairobi – Kenya
