• June 28^th 2021. Participated in a Senior Government officials seminar organized by the National Defence College (NDC) as a keynote speaker, and presented a paper entitled Centrality of Critical thinking to problem solving and Decision Making in Management
• June 29^th 2021. Participated in a Senior Government officials seminar organized by the National Defence College (NDC) as a keynote speaker, and presented a paper entitled Tools of Critical Thinking for effective leadership and National Security.
• June 30^th 2021. Participated in a Senior Government officials’ seminar organized by the National Defence College (NDC) as a keynote speaker, and presented a paper entitled Leadership, Decision Making Styles and Factors Influencing Decision Making in Leadership.

• March 15^th – 20^th 2021. Participated in a Senior Government officials seminar organized by the National Defence College (NDC) as a keynote speaker, and presented a paper entitled Role of critical Thinking and Strategic Decision Making in Management of National Security.

• February 28^th – March 6^th 2021. Participated in seminar on best practices in Curriculum Development and Review in Garowe Puntland State Somalia organized by Puntland State University (PSU) as a keynote speaker, and presented a paper entitled Elements of a Pragmatic Curriculum for the 21^st Century.

• February 15^th – 19^th 2021. Participated in a Senior Government officials seminar organized by the National Defence College (NDC) in a collaboration with Kenya Revenue Authority as a keynote speaker, and presented a paper entitled Role of critical Thinking in Enhancing Capacity in Problem Solving and Decision Making

• Nov. 9^th – 13^th 2020. Participated in a KRA Senior Management seminar organized by the National Defence College (NDC) in a collaboration with Kenya Revenue Authority as a keynote speaker, and presented a paper entitled Elements of Strategic Thinking and their relevance to Management and Revenue Collection in Kenya.

• October 22^nd – 23^rd 2020. Participated in a National Coordinating Mechanisms workshop on the establishment of the ICGLR Civil Society Forum (Kenya Chapter) at Maasai Lodge Ongata Rongai as a keynote speaker, and presented a paper entitled Leadership and Affective Decision Making in Management.

• October 12 – 16^TH, 2020: Participated in a National, Regional and Global Leadership seminar organized by the National Defence College (NDC) in a collaboration with Kenya Revenue Authority as a keynote speaker, and presented a paper entitled Essentiality of Critical thinking to Strategic Decision Making in Revenue Collection.
