Research Interests:

  1. Organic chemistry, Natural Products chemistry, synthesis and semi synthesis of natural products, pharmaceuticals - anti-malarials, anti-microbials, post harvest pesticides
  2. Projects designed to improve the educational and social status of women and girls. In particular intervention programs designed to encourage female students to pursue science and technology courses from primary through to university level and on to science and technology careers.
