FOREWORD. The Directorate of Students Affairs Office wishes to make commitments of good customer service. Members of staff in this Directorate align themselves with the objectives of carrying their mandates, in the most efficient and timely manner. In view of this, we wish to pledge firm and unshakeable commitment to the delivery of quality service hinged on our core values.

Activities and services at the directorate of student affairs are guided by the following core values that the Office seeks to inculcate in every student:

- Genuinely needy students will get advice and given other help here. Problems with HELB should also be presented here.
- Before making a decision to call off studies, ensure that you come to talk to us.
- Let the Director of students Affairs know if you leave the campus for more than a few days this is for your own good.
- Ensure that we have your profile in our data base including contacts of your parent/guardians.
- You will never walk alone on your journey as a student in KU; we are here for you
High schools and other visitors
We offer a variety of ways for you to visit our campus. Touring the campus with one of our senior administrators gives you a view of our ultra modern facilities and other benchmarks.
Our esteemed career advisers in most of our department engage high school students on a clear career path hence motivating them to work harder at school.
