TO: CONTINUING KUCCPS & SSP STUDENTS
RE: 3RD ONLINE ROOM APPLICATION FOR QUALIFYING CONTINUING STUDENTS FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2022/2023
This is to request qualifying and interested continuing undergraduate KUCCPS and SSP students who missed on accommodation except those groups indicated below; to apply for rooms for 2022/2023 academic year, online using their KU corporate emails as follows:

Start Date: – Tuesday, 6th September, 2022 at 10.00 a.m.
End Date : – Thursday, 15th September, 2022 at 11.59 p.m.
This EXCLUDES students of the following schools/ departments and admission years.

| 5 | Engineering(including CIT) | Those admitted in 2020, 2019 and 2018 |
NOTE:
- Allocation will be done subject to availability of spaces once the newly admitted 1st year students two weeks of registering elapses on 14th September, 2022
- Due to limited bed spaces room application does not guarantee room allocation.
- Successful applicants will be notified through the accommodation website by end of day 12th September, 2022.
- Successful applicants are expected to sign into the room with the housekeeper within 2 weeks of the start of the semester. Failure to sign in by the two weeks deadline will lead to repossession of the allocated spaces for reallocation to other needy students.
