This is to request qualifying and interested continuing undergraduate KUCCPS and SSP students except those groups indicated below; to apply for rooms for 2024/2025 academic year, online using their KU corporate emails as follows:

End Date : – 30th April 2024 at 11.59 p.m.
This EXCLUDES students of the following schools/ departments and admission years.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO NOTE:
- Please note: A room is allocated for an academic year (two semesters).Once allocated a room you will be required to pay the 2 semester accommodation fees at the beginning of the academic year.
- Once a room is allocated & invoiced there shall be NO REVERSALS/REFUNDS GIVEN.
- Allocation will be done subject to availability of spaces. Due to limited bed spaces room application does not guarantee room allocation.
- Successful applicants will be notified through the Kenyatta University website accommodation Homepage: http://accommodation.ku.ac.ke before the start of the academic year.
