TVET-accredited training and digital learning in the Rift Valley
Kenyatta University established the Nakuru Campus in 2009 at KU Plaza on Kijabe Row in Nakuru's Central Business District, next to the main Nakuru–Eldoret highway. In May 2023 the facility transitioned to a TVET Centre after receiving TVETA accreditation for diploma offerings, expanding access to technical and vocational education across the Rift Valley region. Degree programmes remain available through the Digital School and the Continuous Education Programme. The centre is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
