The State Department for Foreign Affairs has offered TICAD8 scholarships for both M.Sc. And Ph.D programs for the Faculty of Engineering and Basic and Applied Sciences Institute. They are fully funded scholarships that cover tuition fees, Flight tickets, Accommodation, Medical Insurance, and a monthly stipend  

Applications are invited from African countries for Egypt- Japan University of Science and Technology (E-JUST) Postgraduate Studies under TICAD8 Scholarship for Fall 2025 international admission.

1. What is the GIST Global Internship Program (GIP)?
 - GIP is an 8-week research internship designed for outstanding students from leading international universities. 
 - Participants will have the opportunity to engage in research projects within GIST laboratories and gain hands-on experience in their respective fields.  
 
2. Program Schedule
 - Application Deadline: February 28 (Online Submission)  
 - Selection Announcement: May 2  
 - Internship Period: June 25 ? August 20 (8 weeks)  
 
3. Eligibility Requirements
 - Academic Level: Final-year undergraduate students or current master’s students  
 - GPA: 3.0 or higher (on a 4.5 scale) or an equivalent academic record  
 - English Proficiency: TOEFL iBT 80 or equivalent

The University conducts an annual Student/Customer Satisfaction Survey to get feedback from our students on the services rendered by the University. The outcome of this Survey is key to the continued improvement of service delivery in the various units of the University.

The 2024/2025 Customer Satisfaction Survey is scheduled to take place from 3rd February to 28th March, 2025. The Survey will be conducted online via Google Forms which can be accessed through your KU Student Email Account. To access the survey, kindly follow these simple steps:

  1. Log into your student corporate email account (visit the Students’ Computer Labs to reactivate your account in case of any challenges).
  2. Select the email with the subject 2025 KU CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY”.
  3. CLICK on the link provided in the email body and the form will be displayed.
  4. Carefully read the instructions as you fill the form, and submit upon completion.

This is therefore to request our esteemed students to spare some time and participate in this very important University activity by filling the online survey.

This is to inform the above category of students that following a directive by the Ministry of Education, Government Sponsored Students shall be allowed to attend classes and sit for examinations, as the pending issues are being resolved.

Please note that the University shall provide further information and clarifications concerning the issues on funding when the information becomes available.
