Kenyatta University wishes to inform all students in the Regular, Institutional Based and Digital School Programmes who completed their studies by the end of the 2024/2025 academic year that they can now apply for the 58th Graduation Ceremony scheduled for December, 2025.
NOTE:
- Online application is a must for those wishing to graduate.
- The online application opens on Tuesday, 9th September, 2025 and will close on Sunday, 2nd November, 2025.
- When applying, ensure you have verified, confirmed and clearly indicated the order and spelling of your names as guided on the application tool.
- Only students without any fees balances will be cleared for graduation.
- To apply, visit our website ku.ac.ke, click on E-Resources and select ‘Student Online Services.’ Please log in using your corporate email (xxx@students.ku.ac.ke) account.
- For assistance with corporate email services, click on https://support.ku.ac.ke/ and choose “Corporate Email Services” under “ICT Services”.
- By applying for the December 2025 graduation, you will also have automatically initiated your clearance process. You shall not need to separately apply for clearance if successful.
- To ensure that you are not locked out, please apply online within the stipulated dates.
- Please note that it is an offence to apply for graduation when you have not met all academic requirements to graduate as advised above.
