RE: ONLINE ROOM APPLICATION FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2020/2021 FOR 2ND&3RD YEAR STUDENTS PHASE TWO (2) 2021
This is to request qualifying and interested 2nd and 3rd year undergraduate KUCCPS and SSP students except those groups indicated below; whose face to face tutorials begin in March 2021 to apply for rooms for 2020/2021 academic year, online using their KU corporate emails as follows:

Start Date: – Monday 15th February 2021 at 3.30 p.m.
End Date : – Tuesday 23rd February, 2021 at 3.30 p.m.
This EXCLUDES students of the following schools/ groups
- Medicine & Medical lab
- Pharmacy
- Nursing
- Engineering
- Architecture
- Food , Nutrition and Dietetics
NOTE:
- Due to limited bed spaces room application does not guarantee room allocation.
- Successful applicants will be notified through the accommodation website at least 1 week before the start of the face to face session. They are expected to sign into the room with the housekeeper within 2 weeks of the start of the session.
- Failure to sign in by the two weeks deadline will lead to repossession of the allocated spaces for reallocation to other needy students.
