Empowering students and alumni with career guidance, mentorship, industry connections and 21st-century leadership skills
The Directorate for Career Development & Mentoring Programmes (CDMP) supports Kenyatta University students and alumni in building career readiness, developing professional skills, and accessing industry opportunities. The directorate bridges the gap between academia and the world of work through structured programmes, events, and mentorship systems.
Headed by Mr. Kenneth Njoroge Kiambuthi, the directorate is housed at the Business Centre, Rooms 144/142 on the Main Campus and operates a digital mentorship system at mentorshipsys.ku.ac.ke.
