Kenyaatta University successfully held its 58th Graduation Ceremony, a landmark academic event graced by the Cabinet Secretary for Education, Hon. Julius Ogamba. The ceremony was presided over by the University Chancellor, Amb. (Dr.) Francis Muthaura, and the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Paul Wainaina.
During the ceremony, a total of 6,520 graduands were conferred with degrees and certificates, including 61 Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) recipients, 571 Master’s graduates, and 5,888 undergraduate and certificate graduands.
The event was marked by the Chancellor’s colourful procession, an inspiring address by the Vice-Chancellor, and moments of jubilation as graduates celebrated their academic achievements with dance and joy. The ceremony reaffirmed Kenyatta University’s commitment to academic excellence, research, and the development of skilled professionals for national and global impact.
