  9. October 26 th 2021. Participated in a KRA Mangers’ seminar organized by the National Defence College (NDC) at Humanitarian Peace Support School (HPSS) Embakasi Nairobi as a keynote speaker, and presented a paper entitled Problem Solving and critical Thinking in Management.
  10. October 18 th – 20 th 2021. Participated in the Jubaland State Cabinet Ministers and Senior Government officials’ workshop as the principal facilitator at the Jubaland State Lodge Kismayo Jubaland Somalia and delivered papers on various topics. The theme of the workshop was Streamlining Governance for Effective Service Delivery. Topics included the following: Strategic Policy Framework: Formulation, Implementation and Development.
